Are you a strategic storyteller who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a versatile Internal Engagement & Site Communications Manager to join a world-leading organisation at their Broadmeadows site.

In this hybrid role, you will drive employee engagement and deliver high-impact communications across multiple Australian sites. This is a critical contract position focused on aligning site-specific activities with global enterprise messaging.

The Role

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement internal communication plans that enhance site culture and employee connectivity.

• Content Creation: Produce compelling multimedia content, including articles, leadership updates, and videos for internal digital channels.

• Stakeholder Management: Provide expert counsel to senior leaders and cross-functional teams on effective audience engagement.

• Change Communications: Support critical business initiatives, including industrial relations and organizational change.

Your Profile

• Experience: 8–10+ years in professional communications, preferably within a similarly regulated or complex environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business.

• Technical Skills: Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a "keen eye" for detail. Proficiency in MS Office is required; Adobe Creative Suite or video editing skills are highly regarded.

• Soft Skills: A collaborative team player capable of navigating a highly matrixed organization.
